At Jungmaven, we want you to love your hemp essentials; if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and a return packing slip to include inside your package.
Package and Ship
Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange items.
